The PUD Development <br />Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat was approved in 2004 and the Final Plat was approved in 2005. <br />The original preliminary plat included 10 two-family dwelling units (twin homes) and 1 three - <br />unit attached townhome for a total of 23 units. All units were approved as two story units. <br />
