4I <br />• <br />5. The surface water plan must be evaluated to determine environmental impacts. <br />6. That any proposed lighting canopy is designed with recessed lights and with no <br />fascia lighting. <br />7. That parking be reduced to City minimum standards. <br />Motion by Snyder, second by Grundhoffer. All approved. <br />Living Waters Lutheran Church <br />The Environmental Board Recommended on January 29, 2003 that the proposed <br />Living Waters Lutheran Church Addition be approved with the following comments: <br />1. There are high-priority protection areas to the North of the existing path. This <br />area should not be disturbed. <br />2. City native seed mix should be used in proposed pond and swale areas. The <br />landscape plan should include building foundation plants. <br />3. Proposed sod should have at least 4 inches of topsoil thoroughly incorporated <br />into the ground. <br />8. Any new lighting should follow lighting guidelines in the new Draft Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />4. Sugar maples in the plan should be changed to Red maple or Oaks. <br />Motion to approve by Haien, Second by Donlin. All approved. <br />
