• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-177 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AUTOMOBILE <br />REPAIR FACILITY <br />APOLLO CENTER <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application from McCullough & Sons, Inc., <br />to construct a strip mall of 15,763 square feet on the SE Property at the <br />intersection of Apollo Drive and Lilac The mall would include an auto repair shop <br />of approximately 3,100 square feet with attached retail space to the east of <br />approximately 12,663 square feet. <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is: <br />That part of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of <br />Section 17 Township 31 Range 22 described as follows: Beginning <br />at a point on the north line of said northeast quarter of the <br />northwest quarter 630 feet west of the northeast corner thereof, <br />thence south 72 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds east 315 feet, <br />thence west parallel with said north line to a point of intersection <br />with a line measured at a right angle to said north line from a point <br />on said line 910 feet west of said northeast corner, thence north <br />along said line to the north line thereof, thence east along said north <br />line to point of beginning, except that part thereof described as <br />follows: commencing at the northeast corner said northeast quarter <br />of the northwest quarter, thence south along the east line thereof <br />495 feet, thence north 70 degrees 22 minutes west 577.5 feet, <br />thence north 17 degrees west 330 feet +/- to the north line of said <br />northeast quarter of the northwest quarter and point of beginning, <br />thence east along said north line 8.08 feet +/- to a point 630 feet <br />west of said northeast corner, thence southerly at an angle of 72 <br />degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds as measured from the east to south <br />315 feet, thence westerly parallel with said north line 7.55 feet +/- to <br />intersect with a line brg south 17 degrees east from point of <br />beginning, thence north 17 degrees west along said line to point of <br />beginning, excepting roadway, subject to easements of record. <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is zoned GB, General Business District, and <br />WHEREAS, Automobile and Truck Repair Facilities are a Conditional Use within <br />• the GB, General Business District, and <br />
