Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control Plan, dated October 2, 2003, <br />prepared by Schoell & Madson, Inc. <br />4. Utility Plan, dated October 2, 2003, prepared by Schoell & Madson, Inc. <br />5. Floor Plan, dated October 2, 2003, prepared by Faulkner Construction, <br />Inc. <br />6. Exterior Elevations, dated October 2, 2003, prepared by Faulkner <br />Construction, Inc. <br />7 Certificate of Survey, received by the City June 24, 2003, prepared by <br />Schoell & Madson, Inc. <br />8. Photometric Plan, received by the City June 17, 2003, prepared by Luma <br />• Sales Associates. <br />9. Site/Landscape Plan, October 2, 2003, prepared by Faulkner <br />Construction, Inc. <br />• <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting on August 13, 2003, the Planning & Zoning Board <br />considered the conditional use permit application and recommended approval <br />subject to the conditions listed in the meeting minutes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes makes the following <br />findings of facts, subject to the conditions of approval, as required by Section 2 <br />Subd. 2.6.7 of the Zoning Ordinance which establishes conditional use permit <br />evaluation criateria. <br />a. The proposed development application is consistent with the policies <br />and recommendations of the Lino Lakes Comprehensive Plan <br />b. The proposed development is compatible with present and future land <br />uses of the area. <br />
