4 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-198 <br />APPROVING TRANFER OF EXISTING OFF -SALE <br />LIQUOR LICENSE FROM BRIAN THORSON TO MAYNUA HER <br />AND ISSUANCE OF NEW TOBACCO LICENSE <br />FOR J & K LIQUOR, 6013 HODGSON ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting on October 27, 2003, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed transfer of an existing Off -Sale <br />Liquor License for J & K Liquors located at 6013 Hodgson Road and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed issuance of a new tobacco license <br />for the new owners of J & K Liquors and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of the applicant, and; <br />• WHEREAS, the existing J & K Liquors, as well as the new applicant are both in <br />compliance with City Ordinance, and; <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the tranfer of an existing off -sale liquor license for J & K Liquors, <br />and the issuance of a new tobacco license subject to all the fees, provisions and <br />conditions of the laws of the city, state and of the federal government. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 211day of C���pl eNr- , 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
