g. <br />3) Except with special approval from the City Engineer, curb <br />cut openings and driveways shall be a minimum of five (5) <br />feet from the side yard property line in all districts. Any <br />shared driveway shall include a maintenance and access <br />agreement. <br />4) A single-family lot in a residential zoning district shall not <br />have more than one driveway accessing a public street. <br />Curb Cut/Driveway Width. No curb cut shall exceed twenty-six <br />(26) feet in width within a residential zoning district, or thirty-six (36) <br />feet in width if the property is in a commercial, industrial, or <br />public/semi-public zoning district, as measured at the street right- <br />of-way line unless approved by the City Engineer.
