and to yard grades that result in elevations that impede vision within <br />fifteen (15) feet of any intersecting street right-of-way lines. <br />K. Motor Vehicle Parking in Residential and Rural Zoning Districts. <br />1. No commercial motor vehicle exceeding a gross weight rating of eleven <br />thousand seventy-five (11,075) pounds shall be parked or stored, indoors <br />or outdoors, in a residential zoning district or on a lot of less than two and <br />one-half (2 '/) acres in a rural zoning district, except when loading, <br />unloading, or rendering a service unless an administrative permit that <br />complies with the following requirements is obtained from the Community <br />Development Department. <br />a. The vehicle shall not be parked or stored for more than seventy- <br />two (72) hours within a seven (7) day period excluding legal <br />holidays. <br />b. The vehicle shall be parked or stored behind the front of the <br />dwelling. <br />c. No more than one permit shall be granted per residence. <br />d. Neither the truck engine nor any other motorized component shall <br />be left running while the vehicle is parked or stored. <br />e. There shall be a minimum of one hundred fifty (150) feet from the <br />vehicle to the nearest lot line. <br />f. The vehicle and trailer shall remain connected. <br />g. <br />All parking permits shall be reviewed and renewed on 1 July of <br />each year at a fee established by the City Council. <br />h. If at any time the conditions or requirements of permit approval are <br />violated, the permit may be revoked. <br />2. On lots 2 % acres to 10 acres in rural zoning districts, no more than two <br />(2) commercial motor vehicle exceeding a gross weight rating of eleven <br />thousand seventy-five (11,075) pounds shall be parked or stored, indoors <br />or outdoors. Vehicles parked or stored shall meet the following <br />requirements: <br />a.
