2) Locations for roads and driveways. <br />3) Location of sites or lots for manufactured homes. <br />4) Proposed disposition of surface drainage. <br />5) Proposed street surfacing and lighting. <br />6) Off-street parking. <br />7) Patios. <br />8) Location of community building. <br />9) Location of recreation facilities. <br />10) Location of sidewalks. <br />11) Location of setback lines. <br />12) Location of screening, planting, green areas, etc. <br />13) Any other information requested by the City Council. <br />b. Twenty (20) copies of detailed plans for construction and site <br />improvements in detail adequate to assure proper review of all site <br />requirements established in this Ordinance. <br />c. Proof of Agency Review. The applicant shall provide proof that the <br />plans submitted have been approved by the State of Minnesota <br />Department of Health, and have satisfied all other federal, state, <br />county, city and watershed district laws and regulations. <br />4. Compliance with Ordinance. The Building Official is hereby authorized and <br />directed to make such inspections as are necessary to determine satisfactory <br />compliance with this Ordinance, including the power to enter at reasonable <br />times upon any private or public property for said purposes. <br />5. Access. It shall be the duty of the park owner to give the Building Inspector <br />free access to all lots at reasonable times for the purposes of inspection. <br />J. Manufactured Home Inspection - Permits. No manufactured home shall be <br />occupied as a dwelling unless a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance Residential <br />Districts <br />6-41 <br />
