Building Official. <br />1. Installation Permit. No manufactured home shall be installed without having <br />first applied for, acquired and received an installation permit from the <br />Building Official. <br />2. Certificate of Occupancy. Upon receipt of an application for occupancy, the <br />Building Official will promptly inspect the installation to assure conformance <br />with all requirements of the Minnesota State Building Code and all other <br />appropriate requirements. <br />3. Permit Issuance. Upon approval, the Building Official shall issue a certificate <br />of occupancy to the installer. Permit shall state the date of issuance and <br />shall precisely describe the location of the manufactured home. <br />4. Fees.
