g. <br />All in bound and out bound trucks and equipment, excluding <br />employees personal vehicles, shall be restricted to designated <br />routes established by the City, except for times when providing <br />collection service to customers within the City limits. <br />h. The hours of operation shall be limited as necessary to minimize <br />the effects of nuisance factors such as traffic, noise, and glare upon <br />any existing neighboring residential uses, or residential zoning <br />districts. <br />i. Provisions are made to control and minimize noise, air and water <br />pollution. <br />All conditions pertaining to a specific site are subject to change <br />when the Council, upon investigation in relation to a formal request, <br />finds that the general welfare or public betterment can be served as <br />well or better by modifying the conditions. <br />11. Trucking terminals provided that: <br />a. Vehicular access points shall be located along arterial streets and <br />shall be limited and designed and constructed to create a minimum <br />of conflict with through traffic movement. <br />b. A drainage system subject to the approval of the City Engineer <br />shall be installed. <br />c. Storage areas are landscaped, fenced and screened from view of <br />neighboring uses, abutting residential zoning districts and public <br />rights -of -way in compliance with Section 3, Subd. 4.Q. <br />d.
