J. Uses by Administrative Permit. Subject to applicable provisions of this <br />Ordinance, the following uses are allowed by administrative permit, as may be <br />approved by the Zoning Administrator: <br />1. Personal wireless service antennas as secondary uses as regulated by <br />Section 3, Subd. 15 of this Ordinance. <br />2. Telecommunication towers as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 15 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />3. Temporary mobile towers as regulated by Section 3, Subd. 15 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />K. Interim Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this Ordinance, the following <br />are interim uses in the GI District: <br />1.
