SECTION 9. SPECIAL DISTRICTS <br />Subd. 1. PSP, Public and Semi -Public District. <br />A. Purpose. This district is designed and intended to aid in guiding development <br />towards fulfillment of the Comprehensive Plan and to serve the following <br />functions: <br />1. To provide the community with properly located schools, colleges, and <br />health institutions. <br />2. To provide the community with properly located public services, public <br />utilities, and public or private communication antennas. <br />3. To provide the community with properly located open green space, parks, <br />playgrounds and recreational facilities. <br />4. To relate public and semi-public locations with thoroughfare system. <br />Lot and Yard Requirements. <br />1. Minimum Lot Size. <br />a. Sewered Lot. One (1) acre. <br />b. Unsewered Lot. Ten (10) acres in accordance with applicable <br />provisions of Section 3, Subd. 2. of this Ordinance. <br />2. Minimum Lot Width. One hundred fifty (150) feet. <br />3. Setbacks. (The greater of the following:) <br />a. From Streets. <br />1) Local Street. Fifty (50) feet. <br />2) Collector or Arterial Street. Fifty (50) feet. <br />b. Rear Yard. <br />1) Principal Building.
