more in width, or forty (40) body feet or more in length, or, when erected on side, <br />is three hundred twenty (320) or more square feet, and which is built on a <br />permanent chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling with or without <br />permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, and includes the <br />plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems contained therein; <br />except that the term includes any structure which meets all the requirements and <br />with respect to which the manufacturer voluntarily files a certificate required by <br />the Secretary of the United States Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development and complies with the standards established under Minnesota <br />Statute 327 including the Manufactured Home Building Code adopted therein. <br />Manufactured Home Subdivision. A subdivision designed and/or intended for <br />the sale of lots for residential occupancy by manufactured homes. <br />Manufactured Home Park. Any site, lot, field or tract of land upon which two (2) <br />or more occupied manufactured homes are located, either free of charge or for <br />compensation, and includes any buildings or structures used or intended for use <br />as part of the equipment of the manufactured home park. <br />Manufactured Home Lot. A plot of land for placement of a single manufactured <br />home within a manufactured home park. <br />Mini Self -Storage. An enclosed storage facility containing independent, fully <br />enclosed bays that are leased to individuals exclusively for the storage of <br />household goods or personal belongings. <br />Mobile Homes. A single family detached dwelling unit or other structure <br />designed for year around occupancy constructed at a factory or assembly plant <br />and drawn to the site on a permanently attached undercarriage and wheels. <br />Mobile homes should not include all types of manufactured homes as defined <br />herein. <br />Model Home. A home which is similar to others in a development and which is <br />open to public inspection for the purpose of selling said other homes. <br />Non -Conforming Uses. A use or activity which was lawful prior to the adoption, <br />revision or amendment of a zoning ordinance, but which fails, by reason of such <br />adoption, revision or amendment, to conform to the present requirements of the <br />zoning district. <br />Nuisance. Anything defined as a nuisance by Section 900 of the City Code. <br />Nursing Home (Rest Home). A building having accommodations where care <br />for pay is provided for two (2) or more invalids, infirm, aged or convalescent <br />persons who are not of the immediate family; but not including hospitals, clinics, <br />sanitariums, or similar institutions. <br />Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance Title / Application / Rules <br />1-29 <br />
