Floodplain <br />The current 1982 FEMA FIRM does not indicate floodplain in the area. RCWD <br />CAPROC #15-018 dated March 11, 2015 states no floodplain impacts are proposed on <br />site. <br />Grading and Drainage <br />A Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control plan was submitted and has been reviewed by <br />the City Engineer and Environmental Coordinator.
