CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-078 <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR THE FIRE STATION NO. 2 PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 15-20 of the Council adopted February 23, 2015, awarding the <br />contract for the Fire Station No. 2 project to Jorgenson Construction; <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />Change Order No. 1 is approved in the amount of $42,727.00. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27 day of July, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
