Council Member Reinert <br />adoption. <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-90 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION AT 6993 BLACK DUCK DRIVE <br />AND 6998 BLACK DUCK DRIVE FOR PUBLIC TRAIL <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes wishes to construct a public trail at the end of Black Duck <br />Drive for the enjoyment of area residents; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owners at 6993 Black Duck Drive and 6998 Black Duck Drive have <br />agreed to sell a portion of their property for this public trail; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owners are requesting the City to initiate a "friendly" condemnation <br />process to acquire the land described in the purchase agreements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Council directs the City Attorney to begin condemnation proceedings to acquire approximately <br />3,035 square feet of property located at 6993 Black Duck Drive and 6998 Black Duck Drive. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of July, 2001. <br />ergeson, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Dahl and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, Reinert and O'Donnell <br />The following against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
