9. Impacts on wetlands will be analyzed, minimized, and regulated through the permitting <br />process conducted according to the Wetland Conservation Act, as implemented by the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District, and the Clean Water Act, as implemented by the U.S. Army Corps <br />of Engineers and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br />10. The City Council must make either a positive or negative declaration on the need for an <br />Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council makes a negative <br />declaration regarding the need for an EIS, meaning that an EIS is not needed. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of July, 2001 <br />i <br />John✓J.
