PARCEL B (Per Document No. 990895) A parcel of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE '/4 of NE 1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), and in Government Lot Three (3) in Section Twenty (20), all in Township Thirty-one (31) North, Range Twenty-two (22) West, Anoka County, Minnesota, specifically described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of the said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE '/4 of NE 1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), which is Two Hundred Ten (210) feet West of the East Quarter (E'/4) corner of said Section Nineteen (19); thence Northeasterly to a point on the North line of Government Lot Three (3) in Section Twenty (20), which is Three Hundred Feet West of the Northeast corner of said Government Lot Three (3); thence East along said North line to the Northeast corner of Government Lot Three (3); thence South on the East line of said Government Lot Three (3) to the shore line of Rice Lake; thence Southwesterly along said shore line to its intersection with the South line of the North Half (N 1/2) of Section Twenty (20); thence West on the said South line of the North Half (N'/2) of Section Twenty (20) and the South line of the North Half (N'/2) of Section Nineteen (19) to the point of beginning; Subject to easements. PARCEL C (Per Document No. 990895) That part of Government Lot 1, Section 19, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County Minnesota lying northeasterly of the following described line. Beginning at the point of intersection of the north line of said Government lot 1, and east line of U.S. Highway No. 8 as the same is now laid out and constructed, thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said highway No. 8 a distance of fifty feet. Thence south forty-two degrees, nine minutes east a distance of 829 1/10 feet, more or less to the shore of Rice Lake. Together with all riparian rights caused by the recession of the waters of Rice Lake and together with the rights of adverse possession as defined on the ground by old fence lines.
