PARCEL D <br />Lots 1 thru 8, inclusive, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 151, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />PARCEL E <br />Tracts A and B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 103, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />PARCEL F <br />That part of Government Lots 1 and 2, Section Nineteen (19), Township Thirty-one (31) <br />Range Twenty-two (22), now known as that certain part of Lot Twelve (12) and of Lot <br />Thirteen (13) in Auditor's Subdivision No. 151, according to the map or plat on file and <br />of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Anoka County, which lies <br />southwesterly of Tract B, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 103, and lies <br />northeasterly of the following described line: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot thirteen (13), said corner being on the <br />Southeasterly line of Trunk Highway No. 8 as now established; Thence South 42 degrees <br />20 minutes West along said highway line for 721.6 feet to the point of beginning of the <br />line to be described; thence South 47 degrees 40 minutes East, at right angles to the <br />preceeding course, for 585 feet, more or less, to the shore of Rice Lake, and said line <br />there terminating. <br />Section 3 <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Council <br />Member and was duly seconded by Council Member and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />4 <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />
