<br />Government lot 1, and east line of U.S. Highway No. 8 as the same is now laid out and constructed,
<br />thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said highway No. 8 a distance of fifty feet. Thence
<br />south forty-two degrees, nine minutes east a distance of 829 1/10 feet, more or less to the shore of
<br />Rice Lake. Together with all riparian rights caused by the recession of the waters of Rice Lake and
<br />together with the rights of adverse possession as defined on the ground by old fence lines.
