Council Member Roeser suggested that all <br />28 citizens should read the Constitution regularly as he does. He requested that a link to the document <br />29 be added to the city website. <br />30 <br />31 Council Member Roeser moved to approve the Proclamation as presented. Council Member <br />32 Kusterman seconded the motion; Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />33 <br />34 CONSENT AGENDA <br />35 <br />36 Council Member Stoesz moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Items 1 A through 1 F, as presented. <br />37 Council Member Kusterman seconded the motion.
