Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />145 <br />146 6C) Consider 1st Reading of Ordinance No. 09-15, Amending City Code Section 1011, <br />147 entitled Stormwater and Erosion and Sediment Control — Community Development Director <br />148 Grochala explained that the ordinance basically amends the city's engineering standards on <br />149 stoiuiwater management sites. The watershed has amended their rules and the city should update its <br />150 code to coordinate with the updated standards. He briefly reviewed the changes proposed and as <br />151 outlined in a summary within the staff report. <br />152 <br />153 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the lst reading of Ordinance No. 09-15 as presented. <br />154 Council Member Kusterman seconded the motion.
