Motion to approve with conditions made by Tere O'Connel, Second By <br />Connie Grundhoffer. 3 voted Yes/1 vote for no by Mike Trehaus/1 <br />abstain by Amy Donlin. <br />Conditions <br />• All former recommendations made at the March 25th Environmental <br />Board Meeting still apply. <br />May 30th Environmental Board Meeting <br />• The Tree Preservation needs to be better well defined. Species were not <br />indicated, just numbers. Note—The Environmental Coordinator has an electronic <br />copy of the Tree Inventory with species indicated. <br />• Special concern for another 70 houses platted, with reference to the "147" units <br />per year figure, and the number of units approved in the last year. <br />• Shrink lots down if possible, in particular Tots in Block 2 so that this area can be <br />included in the greenway. <br />Vote 5 to 1 in favor of approval, Mike Trehus voting against. <br />• Use native vegetation in all surface water treatment areas <br />• Buffer areas should be sign posted <br />• Page 3 <br />
