MOTION <br />CARRIED. <br />E) Consider revised Resolution No. 01-171, Approving Amendment of an Existing <br />Conditional Use Permit, Approving Amendment of an Existing Interim Use <br />Permit, and Approving a Site Plan Review for Molin Concrete at 415 Lilac <br />Drive, Jeff Smyser. <br />CITY PLANNER SMYSER PRESENTED THIS ITEM FOR THE COUNCIL. HE <br />RECOMMENDED ONE CHANGE TO THE LIST OF CONDITIONS. FOR <br />CONDITION 13 (E), HE SUGGESTED THE WORDING BE CHANGED TO READ: <br />E. UPON ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE NEW <br />EXTRUDED PRECAST MANUFACTURING BUILDING, OPERATING HOURS <br />FOR SHUTTLE LIFTS SHALL BE NO EARLIER THAN 7:00 A.M. AND NO <br />LATER THAN 8:00 P.M. ANYWHERE ON THE SITE ON ANY DAY. THIS <br />APPLIES TO THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON THE ENTIRE SITE AND <br />THE INTERIM USE PERMIT ON THE NOTHERN PORTION OF THE SITE. <br />THE COUNCIL CONCURRED WITH THIS SUGGESTED CHANGE. <br />COUNCILMEMBER CARLSON WISHED TO CLARIFY THAT ALTHOUGH A <br />NOISE ANALYSIS WAS NO LONGER A PREREQUISITE FOR APPROVAL, <br />CONDITION OF APPROVAL 12 RELATED TO MPCA REQUIREMENTS WHICH <br />WOULD ENCOMPASS NOISE ABATEMENT. <br />MOTION BY O'DONNELL, SECONDED BY CARLSON, FOR ADOPTION OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-171, APPROVING AMENDMENT OF AN EXISTING <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, APPROVING AMENDMENT OF AN EXISTING <br />INTERIM USE PERMIT, AND APPROVING A SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR MOLIN <br />CONCRETE AT 415 LILAC DRIVE, WITH THE CHANGE TO CONDITION 13 (E) AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY STAFF.
