f. Will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials, equipment and conditions of <br />operation that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare because <br />of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br />g. <br />Will have vehicular approaches to the property which are so designed as not to create <br />traffic congestion or an interference with traffic on surrounding public thoroughfares. <br />h. Will not result in the destruction, loss, or damage of a natural, scenic or historic feature of <br />major importance. <br />i. Will conform to specific standards of this ordinance applicable to the particular use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the conditional use permit amendment subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Elimination of one existing detached accessory structure so that there are no more than two <br />detached accessory structures on the site (including the proposed picnic shelter). <br />2. Decrease the size of the proposed picnic shelter so as not to exceed the total accessory square <br />foot maximum of 2,020 sq.ft. cited in the City's Zoning Ordinance. <br />3. Roof materials should be compatible with the principle church building (no metal corrugated <br />materials). <br />4. A building permit must be obtained for construction of the proposed picnic shelter. <br />5. Issuance of the building permit will not be granted until the right-of-way for Stage Coach <br />Trail extending to the north property line of Parcel B, as shown on the attached Exhibit A, is <br />dedicated to the City. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 1 lth day of February, 2002 <br />ATTEST: <br />Jean Viger, DClerk <br />
