Building material requirements for single <br />use tenants are particularly noted in Section 2.B.5, which states: <br />"Single use tenants shall substantially comply with the development <br />standards outlined above while still maintaining their retail dress image. It <br />is strongly encouraged that each building incorporate the gable end roof <br />form and standing seam metal over the entry or on the corners to reflect <br />the vernacular established by other buildings on the site." <br />Materials to be used on the proposed bank include a brick face and gabled roof. The <br />proposed material colors are consistent with the Market Place PDO specifications. <br />Building Height <br />According to the Zoning Ordinance, no building within a Shopping Center (SC) Zoning <br />District may exceed 45 feet in height. At 31 feet in height, the proposed bank complies <br />with the Ordinance requirement. <br />Landscaping <br />In accordance with site and building plan submission requirements, a landscape plan has <br />been provided for review.
