Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-54 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br />THE MARSHAN LANE UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has received a petition from residents of Marshan <br />Lane, east of Lake Drive, requesting the installation of sanitary sewer and water utilities <br />in accordance with the provisions of the Lino Lakes City Charter, Section 8.04 and <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and Chapter 8 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That a Public Hearing be held for the proposed sanitary sewer and water utility <br />improvements for Marshan Lane. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of June, 2002. <br />ardev_v <br />John J.
