CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-58 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE AND BUILDING PLANS FOR AN <br />OFFICE/WAREHOUSE FACILITY <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for site and building plan approval for a <br />25,568 square foot office/warehouse facility; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is: <br />(see attachment A: legal description of Parcel F) <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the site and building plan approval request is based on the following plans <br />prepared by Metro Land Surveying and/or Haugen Architecture Inc. and related <br />correspondence: <br />Sketch and Description Plan dated 4/8/02 <br />Site Plan dated 5/31/02 <br />Landscape Plan dated 5/31/02 <br />Preliminary Erosion and Grading Plan dated 4/4/02 <br />Preliminary Utility Plan dated 4/4/02 <br />Floor Plan dated 5/31/02 <br />Building Elevations dated 5/31/02 <br />Lighting Plan dated 4/23/02 <br />Environmental Board Comments dated 4/30/02 <br />City Engineer memo dated 6/6/02 <br />Fire Chief memo dated 5/16/02 <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting on May 8, 2002, the Planning & Zoning Board considered <br />the site and building plan application and recommended approval subject to the <br />conditions listed in the meeting minutes; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the site and building plan subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The trash shall be completely enclosed and walls of the attached trash enclosure shall <br />be constructed of materials that match the principal building and shall be at least six <br />feet in height. <br />
