B. DELIVERABLES <br />1. Prepare and submit a Draft Water Management Plan (assumes two separate draft <br />submittals each containing five copies). The Draft Plan will include the following <br />major report sections: <br />a. Executive Summary <br />b. Existing Programs and Policies <br />c. Setting <br />d. Identification of Water Related Issues <br />e. Goals, Policies, and Amendments <br />f. Implementation and Amendments <br />2. Prepare and submit ten copies of the Final Water Management Plan. <br />IV. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />If authorized by you, we will furnish or obtain from others Additional Services of the types listed <br />below which are not considered as basic services under this Authorization. Additional Services shall <br />be billable on an Hourly Rate basis as defined in the Master Agreement, and such billings shall be over <br />and above any maximum amounts set forth in this Authorization. <br />A. Field verification of mapping and performance of any necessary topographic surveys or other <br />reconnaissance. <br />B. Hydrologic or hydraulic modeling. <br />C. Wetland analyses. <br />V. OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />OWNER'S responsibilities shall be as described in the Master Agreement and as further clarified <br />below: <br />A. Designate one individual to act as the OWNER'S representative with respect to the work to be <br />performed, and such person shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive <br />information, interpret and define policies, and make decisions with respect to critical elements <br />pertinent to the Project. <br />B. Provide review of materials furnished by TKDA in a reasonable and prompt manner so that the <br />Project schedule can be maintained. <br />C. Provide TKDA with copies of pertinent water management plans for the City and former <br />Township. <br />4 <br />
