The City's Local Water Management
plan calls for the minimum floor elevation, including basement to be 4 feet above the
groundwater, 4 feet above the normal water level, or 2 feet above the 100 -year flood
elevation, whichever is greatest. The lowest opening is also required to be at least
1 foot above the emergency overflow.
Response letter stated groundwater levels were being monitored. Has final
determinations been made yet?
9. Proposed discharge rates to Wetland 11 seem to exceed existing condition
discharge rates to Wetland 11. The use of Wetlands for rate control is
discouraged.
