CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 02-152 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN REVIEW <br /> FOR A RELOCATED STRUCUTRE,TO BE LOCATED ON THE <br /> 62XX BLOCK OF LAURENE AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS,the City has received an application for a Site Plan Review for a relocated <br /> structure, and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's zoning ordinance provides for and establishes requirements for a <br /> Site Plan Review of such a proposed structure, and <br /> WHEREAS,the Site Plan Review of the proposed structure meets the requirements of <br /> said ordinance, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lino Lakes City Council approves <br /> the Site Plan Review, as described by the attached document entitled"Certificate of <br /> Survey for Dennis Lipoff'by E.G. Rud& Sons, Inc., dated October 4, 2002. _ <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the following conditions of approval apply: <br /> 1. The necessary minor subdivision must be completed and recorded prior to moving <br /> the house onto the lot. <br /> 2. All necessary building permits must be pulled. <br /> Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th ay of October, 2002. <br /> Jo J.
