(62' X 25')house onto the proposed new lot of Mr. Chavez(agenda item <br /> 5A). The house is currently sited at 1475 Main Street in Centerville on land which has <br /> been purchased for development. The house currently exists with a tuck-under garage, <br /> but Mr. Lipoff plans to construct a new 23' X 33' attached garage,thus creating a <br /> rambler-style home. <br /> This review is based on the following attached exhibits: <br /> 1.
