CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-155 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS — 62ND STREET RECONSTRUCTION OF STREET AND STORM <br />SEWER PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted August 27, 2001, a study <br />has been prepared by the City Engineer, with reference to the improvement of 62nd <br />Street Reconstruction by constructing Street, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and <br />watermain extensions, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota States, Chapter 429, and Chapter 8 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Engineer is designated as the engineer for this improvement and he is <br />directed to prepare plans and specifications for the 62nd Street Reconstruction of <br />street and storm sewer improvements. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day -of October, 2002. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />//LA <br />Ann Blair City Clerk <br />
