CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-161 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR 12th AVENUE/HOLLY <br />DRIVE STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions of the Council adopted August 27, 2001, a study <br />has been prepared by the City Engineer, with reference to the improvement of 12th <br />Avenue/ Holly Drive Street Reconstruction by constructing Street, storm sewer, sanitary <br />sewer and watermain extensions, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota States, Chapter 429, and Chapter 8 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
