COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-181 <br />AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR MOLD <br />REMEDIATION IN CITY HALL AND THE POLICE STATION <br />WHEREAS, mold is present in the City Hall and Police Station sections of the Civic <br />Center Complex, and <br />WHEREAS, for the health and safety of staff and the public, mold remediation measures <br />must be performed by qualified personnel; and <br />WHEREAS, city consultants have estimated the cost of remediation for City Hall and <br />the Police Station will exceed $50,000, and <br />WHEREAS, expenditures exceeding $50,000 require a public bidding process; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes authorizes staff to advertise for bids for mold remediation in City Hall and the <br />Police Station. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 16 day of December, <br />2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J.
