Council Member c, LLSOt`) introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-26 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATIONS FROM FAST BREAK CORNER <br />MARKET AND LINO LAKES STATE BANK <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Parks and Recreation Department will be installing scoreboards at <br />Sunrise Field #1 and Field #2 and <br />WHEREAS, Fast Break Corner Market and Lino Lakes State Bank have agreed to contribute <br />$1,200 each to help defray the costs of this project; and <br />WHEREAS, a 4' x 4' advertising panel will be installed adjacent to the scoreboard for a period <br />of three years. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Council accepts the Fast Break Corner Market and Lino Lakes State Bank donations of $1,200 <br />each to help finance the installation of scoreboards at Sunrise Park and wishes to express its <br />sincere gratitude and appreciation. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of March, 2000. <br />12 <br />Ry- e tad, Clerk -Treasurer <br />Jo er eon <br />g , Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />3/3/00 <br />RD/Corr/Council/Resolution 0026 scoreboards <br />
