Council Member <br />adoption: <br />►,-n_ introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-46 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TH 242/CSAH 14 ACCESS MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County and the City of Lino Lakes, together with other governmental <br />agencies, have cooperated in the preparation of the TH 242/CSAH 14 Access Management <br />Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes endorses the goals of the Plan which are to: maintain an <br />acceptable level of mobility; reduce the potential for safety problems; promote appropriate <br />property access; and facilitate cooperation between agencies and jurisdictions for implementing <br />the Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, the Plan, dated May 1999, has been completed and provides strategies and <br />guidance for achieving the stated goals, and <br />WHEREAS, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners approved the Plan on June 8, 1999, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes approves the TH 242/CSAH 14 Access Management Plan dated May, <br />1999, and will incorporate its recommendations into the Comprehensive Transportation Plan, <br />appropriate ordinances, and review procedures. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day_of April, 2000. <br />Joh Berg son, Mayor <br />Ry- ehel Gaustad, City Clerk <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />C01/4 -1w0 . and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on April 24, 2000. <br />iLiC -ate <br />Ry -Chef Gaustad, City Clerk <br />
