Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-62 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS — APOLLO DRIVE PHASE 4 IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the Apollo Drive <br />Phase 4 project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br />Contractor Amount of Bid <br />Dave Perkins Contracting, Inc. $183,117.50 <br />S. R. Weidema, Inc. $217,195.05 <br />Midwest Asphalt Corp. $234,481.90 <br />Engineer's Estimate <br />$233,985.00 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
