Council Member CIAV - introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-100 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING DATA PRACTICES COMPLIANCE OFFICIAL <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.05 Subd. 13 requires that the city appoint a <br />city employee to act as its data practices compliance official to receive questions or <br />concerns regarding problems in obtaining access to data practices problems within the <br />city, and <br />WHEREAS, the city council shares the concern expressed by the Legislature about <br />access to city data and wishes to satisfy this concern by immediately appointing a <br />qualified data practices compliance official as required under statute, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, the city council appoints Ry-Chel Gaustad as the date practices <br />compliance official to receive questions and concerns regarding problems in obtaining <br />access to data or other data practices problems. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of October 2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />\Zg,La. fit <br />Ry- CMC CityClerk <br />Y <br />ohn J. ergeson, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member 1 and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />The following against: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />J: j viger\admin\dan\resoluti on2000-100 <br />
