• August 24, 2015: <br />o Certain parcels along Lake Drive (including Stanek's) were rezoned to R, Rural <br />per Ordinance No. 07-15 <br />o This allowed Stanek's to keep farm animals <br />• October 19, 2015: <br />o Letter regarding Lot Combination and Building Permit Requirements mailed <br />• October 2015: <br />o Stanek's request City Council to consider amending the zoning ordinance to allow <br />for construction of accessory structures on parcels without a principal structure <br />o As of November 4, 2015, item has not been placed on agenda <br />• October 23, 2015: <br />o Patrick Moonen inspected properties and observed as many 8 accessory structures <br />on the properties <br />• November 20, 2015: <br />o Patrick Moonen inspected properties and verified 5 accessory structures have <br />been removed <br />o Lot combination issue still needs to be resolved <br />• December 7, 2015: <br />o Lot combination issue discussed at City Council Work Session <br />Code Violations to be Corrected: <br />1.
