CANVASSING BOARD MEETING November 9, 2015 <br />DRAFT <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 MUNICIPAL CANVASSING BOARD <br />3 MINUTES <br />4 <br />5 DATE : November 9, 2015 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:25 p.m. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 6:27 p.m. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Member Stoesz, Kusterman, <br />9 Roeser and Mayor Reinert <br />10 MEMBERS ABSENT : Council Member Rafferty <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: City Clerk Julie Bartell <br />13 <br />14 2015 Election Results: Consider acceptance of municipal canvassing board report <br />15 declaring the results of the November 3, 2015 municipal election — City Clerk Bartell <br />16 advised that the results of the recent election as it relates to the election of two council <br />17 and one mayor position were distributed in the packet. The city council is required by <br />18 law to certify the results and sign the canvassing document as accurate. <br />19 <br />20 A motion by Council Member Kusterman, seconded by Council Member Roeser, to <br />21 approve the Returns of the November 3, 2015 Municipal Election as presented was <br />22 adopted on a voice vote; Council Member Rafferty was absent. <br />23 <br />24 The meeting was adjourned at 6:27 p.m. <br />25 <br />26 These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on <br />27 December 14, 2015. <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 Julianne Bartell, City Clerk Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />33 <br />
