SECTION 01 10 00 <br />SUMMARY <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br />A. Section Includes <br />1. Basic description of the Project and Work restrictions. <br />1.02 SUMMARY OF WORK <br />A. Project Name: Repainting of Elevated Water Tank No. 1. <br />B. Description of work: The Work is generally described as follows: Repainting Elevated Water <br />Storage Tank No. 1 and related work. Tank No.1 is a 1.0 M. Gallon PDM Hydropillar with 138 <br />Ft. to TCL. <br />1.03 PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES <br />A. Measurement and Payment <br />1. All Work and costs of this Section shall be incidental to the Project and included in the <br />Total Base Bid. <br />1.04 COMPLETION DATES <br />A. Substantial Completion: Set forth in the Agreement. <br />B. Final Completion: Set forth in the Agreement. <br />C. Milestones: Failure to correct defective work constitutes a Milestone failure, and is subject <br />to liquidated damages set forth in the Agreement. <br />1.05 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES <br />A. Provisions for liquidated damages, if any, are set forth in the Agreement. <br />1.06 WORK RESTRICTIONS <br />A. Use of Site <br />1. Location of construction facilities and easements are shown on the Drawings and <br />materials are to be removed from these areas upon completion of Work. <br />2. Work space is very limited within the Project area. If additional space is needed, obtain <br />and pay for such space off Site. <br />3. All Work is to be within public right-of-way or easements. <br />a. If Contractor wishes to use additional areas outside right-of-way for construction <br />purposes, they shall be solely responsible for all expenses associated with such use. <br />b. Contractor shall provide written proof of permission to utilize lands outside right-of- <br />way to both Owner and Engineer prior to using such lands. <br />4. Adjacent private properties <br />a.
