comply with the conditions of the permit. Any costs to obtain permits and abide by permit <br />conditions are incidental to the Project. <br />1.09 PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE <br />A. A pre -construction conference will be scheduled after the Owner has awarded the <br />Project and Contracts are executed. Material, material sources, construction methods, <br />and scheduling will be reviewed and any questions or procedures will be clarified. <br />1.10 UTILTIES <br />A. Underground utilities may exist within and adjacent to the Site. It shall be the responsibility <br />of the Contractor to contact all utility companies through Gopher State One -Call <br />(651-454-0002) prior to construction to determine exact location of utilities. <br />1.11 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE WITH MINNESOTA STATUES 290.92 AND 290.97 AND CONSENT OF <br />SURETY <br />A. Upon completion of the Project and prior to Final Payment, the Contractor and all <br />subcontractors, if utilized, shall complete Minnesota Department of Revenue Revised From <br />IC -134. This form, Affidavit for Obtaining Final Settlement of Contract with the State Of <br />Minnesota and any of its Political or Government al Subdivision, is to be signed by a <br />Department of Revenue representative and forwarded to the Owner. Copies of this form <br />can be obtained by writing to the Minnesota Department of Revenue, Mail Station 6610, <br />St. Paul, MN 55146-6610 or by calling (651) 282-9999 or 1 (800) 657-3594. They are also <br />available on their website: www.revenue.state.mn.us, or via email at <br />withholding.tax@state.mn.us. <br />B. Upon completion of the Project and prior to the Final Payment, the Contractor shall submit <br />an original Consent of Surety to Final Payment from the Contractor's bonding company. <br />C.
