SECTION 01 78 36 <br />WARRANTIES <br />PART 1 GENERAL <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br />A. Section Includes <br />1. Warranties for the Work of this Project. <br />1.02 PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES <br />A. Measure and Payment <br />1. All Work and costs of this Section shall be incidental to the Project and included in the <br />Total Base Bid. <br />1.03 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Bind in commercial quality, 8.5 inches by 11 inches, 3 -ring side binders with hardback, <br />cleanable, plastic covers. <br />B. Table of Contents: Provide neatly typed, Table of Contents matching that of the Project <br />Specifications with each item identified with the number and title of the Specification <br />Section in which specified and the name of the product or work item. <br />C. Label cover of each binder with typed or printed title WARRANTIES with title of Project; <br />name, address, and telephone number of Contractor and equipment supplier; and name <br />of responsible principal. <br />D. Separate each warranty keyed to the Table of Contents listing. Provide full information <br />using separate typed sheets as necessary. List subcontractor, supplier, and manufacturer <br />with name, address, and telephone number of responsible principal. <br />1.04 PREPARATION OF WARRANTIES <br />A. Obtain warranties executed in duplicate by responsible subcontractors and suppliers <br />within 10 days of completion of the application item or Work. Leave date of beginning of <br />time of warranty blank until the Date of Substantial Completion is determined. <br />B. Verify that documents are in proper form, contain full information, and are notarized. <br />C. Co -execute submittals when required. <br />D. Retain warranties until delivery time indicated below. <br />1.05 DELIVERY <br />A.
