B. Within 10 days after Engineer's declared and written confirmation of the Date of <br />Substantial Completion. <br />C. For items of Work when acceptance is delayed beyond Date of Substantial Completion, <br />submit within 10 days after acceptance, listing the date of acceptance as the beginning <br />of the warranty period. <br />1.06 LENGTH OF WARRANTY <br />A. All Work and equipment furnish under this Contract shall be warranted by the Contractor <br />for a minimum period of two years. <br />B. Refer to individual Sections for specific warranty periods that extend beyond the minimum <br />length identified in 1.06.A above. <br />C.
