Reading: <br />June <br />8, <br />2015 <br />Publication: Jung <br />30, <br />2015 <br />2nd Reading: <br />June 2 <br />2, <br />2 01 5 <br />Effective: Jo 1 y 3 <br />0, <br />2 01 5 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 02-15 <br />AMENDING TITLE 700, CHAPTER 701 OF THE LINO LAKES CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES RELATING TO LIQUOR LICENSING <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain: <br />Section 1. That Section 701.06, of the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances be <br />amended as follows: <br />701.06 PERSONS INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE. <br />No license shall be granted to any person made ineligible for the license by state <br />law. No more than one intoxicating liquor license shall be directly or indirectly issued <br />within the city to any one person, unless the additional intoxicating liquor licenses are on - <br />sale licenses issued to restaurants, as defined in Section 701.02, Subdivision b. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 2 2 day of June , 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Council <br />Member Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Membeil(usterman and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Kusterman, Rafferty, Stoesz °-ine t <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />a e Bartell, City 1 lerk <br />Jeff Rein: ayor <br />
