Establishment of <br />Zoning District was previously located in 1103.05. Significant language was amended, added and <br />reorganized in this section. The following is a summary of the changes made in this section: <br />1) Districts <br />• Adds new overlay districts for Floodway, Flood Fringe and General Floodplain <br />• Renamed title from Flood Plain Overlay District <br />2) Compliance <br />This section was previously District application, which has stricken.
