COUNCIL MINUTES April 27, 2015 <br />APPROVED <br />1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 MINUTES <br />3 <br />4 DATE : April 27, 2015 <br />5 TIME STARTED : 6:30 p.m. <br />6 TIME ENDED : 7:10 p.m. <br />7 MEMBERS PRESENT : Council Member Stoesz, Kusterman, Rafferty, <br />8 Roeser, and Mayor Reinert <br />9 MEMBERS ABSENT : none <br />10 <br />11 Staff members present: City Administrator Jeff Karlson; Community Development Director Michael <br />12 Grochala; Finance Director Al Rolek; Chief of Police John Swenson; and City Clerk Julie Bartell <br />13 <br />14 PUBLIC COMMENT <br />15 <br />16 No one was present to address the council regarding a matter not on the agenda. <br />17 <br />18 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />19 <br />20 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />21 <br />22 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />23 <br />24 Officers of American Legion Post 566 in Lino Lakes presented their nomination for Police Officer <br />25 and Firefighter of the Year. Officer Dan Thill and Firefighter Stu Domitz were present and accepted <br />26 the nominations. Congratulations were offered by the mayor and city council. <br />27 <br />28 CONSENT AGENDA <br />29 <br />30 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Consent Agenda Items 1A, 1C, 1D, 1E, and 1F as <br />31 presented. Council Member Kustemian seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />32 <br />33 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Consent Agenda Item 1B as presented. Council Member <br />34 Rafferty seconded the motion.
