COUNCIL MINUTES July 13, 2015 APPROVED 180 noted that this easement is required as part of the Birch Street project. The property owner has 181 agreed to the easements and will receive compensation. 182 183 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 15-73 as presented. Council Member 184 Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 185 186 6B) 2°d Reading of Ordinance No. 03-15, Vacating a Drainage and Utility Easement for 187 Turnberry Crossing Second Addition - City Planner Larsen briefly reviewed Ordinance No. 03-15 188 providing for vacation of a drainage and utility easement.
