Council Member Boh�anen introduced the following <br />resolution and moved it adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION REVOKING AND ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID <br />STREETS <br />WHEREAS: <br />it appears to the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes that the road hereinafter described as a <br />Municipal. State Aid Street under the provisions of <br />Minnesota Laws; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lino Lakes that the road described as follows, to <br />wit: <br />80th Street From CSAH 21 to East City Limits <br />be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of <br />said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of <br />Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes that the road described as follows, to wit: <br />7th Avenue - 62nd Street (Town Road) to 0.29 Miles South <br />of Birch Street (CSAH 10) <br />be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of <br />said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of <br />Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes that the road described as follows, to wit: <br />7th Avenue - 62nd Street (Town Road) to 0.29 Miles South <br />of Birch Street, CSAH 10) <br />be, and hereby is re-established, relocated, and re- <br />designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject <br />to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the <br />State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the approval of the <br />
